This energy-body consists of many horizontal rings.
It includes sets (close to each other vertically) of rings approximately 20cm in diameter around the levels of the eyes, heart, upper belly, base of the spine, 15cm below the base of the spine, 33cm below the base of the spine, 8cm above the head, 27cm above the head, and others away from the center-line at the hip joints, knee joints, ankle joints, 3cm below the feet, 24cm below the feet, shoulder joints, elbow joints, wrist joints, near the tips of the fingers and 12cm away from the tips of the fingers.
And single rings about a meter in diameter, at waist level, 30cm below the spine and 20cm above the head, about a meter below the feet and about 1.5m above the head.
Each ring has a still outer covering, and a pair of internal rings one rotating clockwise the other rotating the opposite direction.
Each ring has a bidirectional vertical flow of energy through it.
