This energy-body continually expands then contracts.
The main part is approximately spherical, centered on the upper belly. In very good condition it can be the size of a planet, but most humans on earth have it up to about 30m in diameter. The better its condition, the bigger it is and the slower its cycle of expansion and contraction. Most humans on earth have the cycle somewhere from a bit less than a second, to several seconds. In ideal condition the cycle can be as long as 3 hours.
Below the main part are smaller spheres in a series, getting smaller and with faster expansion/contraction cycles lower down. The number of smaller spheres can vary from about 15 to about 60, with beings in better condition having more. At the bottom of the system is continual vibration of vast numbers of particles, which facilitates change.
This energy-body is involved in conferring something like aliveness to the body systems, which help them maintain their condition and, ideally, adapt to changing circumstances.
