The Certainty-system has Source-ground as fields above and below (not illustrated). The Certainty-systems also has clusters of point and line Source/Grounds considerably above and below it.
This system, if clean and un-suppressed by anything else, can be used to project Certainty (which can result in creation) into the Physical-universe, but very few humans on earth have this energy-body in functional condition.
